Job Summary
Regional Director Northeast Region leads a multi-store retail district at David’s Bridal, managing Store Managers to achieve regional sales, customer satisfaction, payroll, shrink, and employee engagement targets. Drives staffing, scheduling, training, and floor management, ensures execution of operational routines and company programs, champions talent development and recruitment, maintains visual merchandising and marketing standards, and partners on bridal show/outreach initiatives. Responsible for P&L considerations, performance management, and communicating market-specific opportunities while traveling across the region to oversee store visits and ensure 5-star customer service and growth. Requires leadership of a regional team, strong coaching, and collaboration with events, merchandising, and merchant teams; travel 1–2 times per month or more; travel may include overnight stays. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred; 2–3 years of district management preferred.
