Job Summary
Regional Director - Mali Region responsible for developing people and places in the assigned region and throughout the mission to increase Young Life’s effectiveness in bringing kids to Christ. Lead spiritual development and mentorship, recruit and supervise area directors and staff, design and implement multi-year regional plans, manage budgeting and donor relations, oversee camping, clubs, Campaigners, and direct ministry to teenagers, and build partnerships with community, school, church, and donor stakeholders while modeling a deep personal faith and commitment to the Young Life mission.
Required Qualifications
- Professes belief in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and subscribes to Young Life Statement of Faith
