Job Summary
Manage multiple program sites and supervise staff while ensuring compliance with Minnesota's 245D licensing standards. Maintain budgets, develop staffing plans, and drive quality assurance and training initiatives for people with identified needs. Foster relationships with stakeholders and balance regulatory requirements with operational efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, three years of supervisory experience, and five years in similar populations including two in leadership. Must hold a driver's license with a satisfactory MVR. Employees work 30+ hours weekly with access to medical, dental, 403(b) matching, and generous PTO. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Human Service or comparable related experience
- Minimum of three years of supervisory level experience in a program providing direct support services to people with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
- Knowledge of provision of service for people with identified needs in Minnesota
- Driver's license
- Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record
- Five years' work experience with similar population
- Two years in a leadership and management position
