Job Summary
Regional Director responsible for clinical and operational leadership across multiple locations in California, supervising up to 6 associate clinicians, providing triadic supervision, reviewing notes for supervisees, offering monthly case consultation, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality of care. Leads day-to-day clinical operations, participates in hiring and staffing planning, manages budgets and resources, ensures regulatory compliance (risk management and mandated reporting), and mentors onboarding staff. Requires active California licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC for at least 2 years, ability to supervise and train clinicians, capacity to oversee performance and quality across regions, and readiness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends. Bilingual is a plus; proficient in Google Workspace and EHR systems; strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid license with the BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California for at least 2 years
- Invested interest in providing direct care
- Desire to teach and train associate therapists
- Able to work prime time hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and/or extended hours as needed
- Proficient computer skills in Google Workspace and EHRs
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new programs, systems, and/or processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
