Job Summary
Lead your Denver region by implementing strategic operating plans and recruiting a high-performing BCBA team to meet business metrics. Maintain exceptional client and staff experiences while managing client balance, waitlists, and quarterly revenue targets. Consult on complex ABA cases, resolve grievances, and coordinate cross-departmental efforts to address regional needs. Boost engagement through effective communication with clients, payers, and staff. Requires 5 years in the Autism field with operational leadership experience, valid driver's license, and comfort with in-person visits and travel. Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience in the Autism field
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance
- Comfortable with in-person client visits
- Comfortable with regular travel
- Pass DOJ & FBI background check
- Pass TB test where applicable
- Receive and act on detailed information through oral & written communication
- Utilize finger dexterity
- Good vision
- Good hearing
- Critical thinking
- Able to sit, stand and walk during a standard workday
- Able to drive from client to client
- Able to drive to various business meetings
- Able to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds or more
