Job Summary
Regional Director responsible for overseeing a multi-brand region (Snowfox/Snowfruit/JFE Franchising) including staff operations, client relationships, and sales/marketing plan execution. Develop and implement regional strategic plans, ensure productivity and profitability, enforce health and safety standards, monitor audits and compliance, assist in sales strategy and targets, support store managers, manage regional costs and budgets, foster a positive work environment, diagnose operational issues, evaluate growth opportunities with department teams, communicate objectives to Regional Managers, ensure 100% completion of Safety Culture Logs, conduct performance reviews, and design plans to improve regional support to employees, franchisees, and Kroger. Requires minimum 40 hours/week with some weekend/evening work. Previous director-level experience is preferred, and candidates should demonstrate leadership across finance, customer service, production, and employee management, plus strong data analysis, communication, and ethical leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous director's experience preferred
- Understanding multiple operational functions and principles (finance, customer service, production, employee management)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan multiple regional projects
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ethical leadership abilities
- Able to drive growth and regional performance
