Job Summary
Regional Director responsible for leading a region, guiding franchisees to grow their businesses, and driving return count, product count, and store expansion. Provides leadership, conducts regional calls and workshops, visits offices, offers guidance on new programs, marketing, and customer retention, and serves as a liaison between franchisees and corporate. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4+ years of business experience (sales preferred), with strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills; travel is required. Flexible work-from-home options are available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- At least 4 years of business experience, with at least 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel
- Innovative with ability to make substantial individual judgments and recommendations
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
