Job Summary
Lead the Hematology Medical Specialist team across the Great Plains region to drive sales performance that meets or exceeds forecast for the Multiple Myeloma Bispecific Antibody. Build and develop a high-integrity sales force by managing hiring, training, performance evaluation, and resource allocation while ensuring strict compliance with corporate policies. Analyze sales and customer data to deploy resources effectively, communicate industry and competitor knowledge to regional teams, and ensure participation in trade shows and conferences. Manage the region's budget and promotional utilization to achieve strong, consistent results. Travel extensively to maintain local and regional influence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience
- 5 years of sales leadership/management
- 3 years at the Regional Director/District Manager in the field of Oncology
- Experience in Biologics and buy and bill products
- Strong relevant experience in the Oncology field
- Proven success and positive track record of performance as a Regional Director/District Manager in complex markets within complex systems
- Ability to travel extensively
