Job Summary
Directly supervise all District Managers within the assigned region, validating weekly plans and providing guidance through regular communication. Lead and develop strong financial acumen within the team through business reviews and expense containment while enforcing Dollar Tree's policies and standards. Ensure high standards of merchandise placement, store signage, inventory mix, and proper display techniques to create an inviting shopping environment. Partner with Zone leadership on merchandising guidelines, training, recruitment needs, and disciplinary matters to maximize sales and maintain brand standards. Strategically plan for regional growth regarding people development, store alignments, and staffing needs while collaborating with Asset Protection on loss prevention and compliance. Full P&L responsibility for the region and all stores within. Full-time position in Phoenix, Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in multi-unit management in a high volume, high velocity environment
- Discount Retail experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to navigate with technology such as Microsoft, excel, electronic calendars for planning and other company programs

Desired Qualifications
- Degree preferred or equivalent experience
