Job Summary
Regional Director, Digital Marketing responsible for leading and executing the regional digital marketing strategy across a defined region. Oversees multi-channel campaigns (paid media, SEO/SEM, email, social, content), optimizes funnels for acquisition and retention, ensures localization for regional audiences, defines and tracks KPIs, manages regional budgets, and leads a team while collaborating with global partners to maintain brand consistency and campaign alignment. Focuses on data-driven decision-making, performance optimization, and customer experience across web, mobile, and emerging platforms, with emphasis on compliance with regional data privacy and regulations and leveraging external agencies as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in digital marketing with a proven track record and a minimum of 5+ years of experience
- Significant leadership experience driving high performance teams
- Proven track record of driving growth through digital channels at a regional or multi-market level
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Hospitality or Tourism background preferred but not required
