Job Summary
Lead and develop Construction Management across MD, PA, and DE, overseeing multiple active solar EPC projects. Drive regional construction strategy, ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery, and maintain safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Manage allocation of personnel and resources, monitor performance, identify risks, and intervene to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and EHS to drive outcomes, support continuous improvement of CM processes, and contribute to mobilization readiness while serving as a senior construction leader for high-priority projects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related technical field (preferred)
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of construction, project management, or related experience (utility-scale solar EPC or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities and teams
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for corporate vehicle insurance coverage
