Regional Director - Coffee

Job Summary
Own the profitable operation of all locations within the assigned region, translating company strategy into disciplined execution to drive same-store sales, margin growth, and cultural health. Lead, coach, and hold accountable multi-unit and store managers while maintaining a visible presence across locations to reinforce processes and support day-to-day operations. Monitor regional performance metrics, implement corrective action plans, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations. Support the successful opening and ramp-up of new locations, partnering with training teams to execute company-wide initiatives. This full-time, exempt role requires up to 75% travel across the region, including overnight trips, with a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 years of progressive operations leadership experience
- At least 2 years of multi-unit management
- Proven track record of leading multiple locations to meet or exceed sales, profitability, and customer-service goals
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and experience managing COGS, labor, and operating budgets across multiple units
- Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing leaders and teams, with a strong record of internal promotion and talent development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to hold others accountable while building trust and a positive culture
- Comfortable using POS, scheduling, inventory, and reporting systems to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region, with a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Full-time, exempt position
- Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Regularly works outside of normal business hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Up to 75% travel
- Must be willing to travel based on company need to all locations within the assigned region
- Overnight trips may be necessary
