Job Summary
Regional Director, Client Relations in Ontario leading the CRM team to manage and deepen relationships with National/Corporate Accounts and retirement plans within Canada Retirement. Acts as a strategic partner to clients and advisors, driving retention and growth, cross-selling opportunities, and coordinating with Operations, Product, and Distribution to deliver a superior client and advisor experience. Responsible for service delivery oversight, monitoring KPIs/OKRs, addressing service gaps, ensuring compliance and governance, risk management, business continuity planning, and mentoring Client Relationship Managers. Emphasizes collaboration, innovation, accountability, and inclusion across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in client relationship management within retirement, wealth management, or financial services
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Strong understanding of Canada Retirement products, plan design, and industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools
