Regional Director – Castilla y León-Asturias (AMP Programs)

Job Summary
Establish commercial relationships with companies in Castilla y León and Asturias to promote IE Business School's AMP programs. Create strategies to attract qualified leads through marketing and networking, while managing the network of contacts with executives and HR leaders. Develop strategic partnerships to train executives and nurture long-term relationships ensuring satisfaction. Actively prospect for new leads, convert them into enrollment opportunities, and organize events and webinars to promote program visibility. Identify cross-selling opportunities with other Executive Education programs and work with teams to offer tailored solutions. Oversee AMP program execution, manage logistics, and ensure compliance with school standards. Conduct regular analysis of commercial activities and report on sales progress to management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate relationship management, or delivery of training programs
- Experience in managing and executing educational or training programs
- Experience in cross-selling or promoting multiple programs within an educational product portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field
- Postgraduate degree from a reputable university
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
- In-depth knowledge of the market and business environment of Castilla y León and Asturias
- Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and offer comprehensive solutions
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Spanish (required)
- Full-time position in Castile and León or Asturias, preferably based in Valladolid, Burgos, or León
