Job Summary

Regional Director, Business Development responsible for recruiting high-quality financial advisors and advisory teams to join our independent broker-dealer platform. Manages full recruiting lifecycle from prospecting and relationship development through due diligence, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Builds relationships with prospective advisors, demonstrates the value of the firm's technology and investment solutions, represents the brand at conferences, hosts Home Office Visits, and maintains CRM records to drive revenue growth. Must have 5+ years in corporate development, recruiting, and/or business strategy within retail wealth management, strong consultative sales and relationship skills, and the ability to influence financial professionals through complex decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in corporate development, recruiting, and/or business strategy within retail RIA or wealth management
  • intermediate knowledge of developing recruiting leads through proactive outgoing solicitations
  • experience recruiting financial advisors and advisory teams for independent broker-dealer platforms
  • strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
  • ability to manage full recruiting lifecycle including prospecting, due diligence, offer negotiation, and onboarding
