Regional Director, AMS Business Development (Northern Europe)

Job Summary
Develop and execute business plans to expand ATM Managed Services across Northern Europe, driving regional growth through consultative selling to financial institutions and retailers. Build partnerships with country leaders and sales teams to identify, pursue, and close large-scale opportunities in ATM outsourcing and retail deployments. Act as a trusted Subject Matter Expert on market trends, leading customer engagement from opportunity identification through contract execution while delivering against revenue and pipeline targets. Track business performance, optimize the sales cycle, and collaborate with global teams to refine commercial models and technical solutions. Operate as an individual contributor reporting to the Director of AMS Business Development, requiring regional travel and flexibility across multiple time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in ATM Outsourcing / Managed Services (domestic and/or international)
- Proven track record in developing and closing large, complex ATM Managed Services deals
- Strong expertise in B2B, solution-based sales and consultative selling
- Experience working across multi-country, cross-cultural environments
- Industry acumen: deep understanding of ATM networks, card schemes, outsourcing models, and the payments ecosystem
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills
- English required
- Entrepreneurial attitude with perseverance and resilience in complex, competitive environments
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Flexibility to operate across different time zones and cultural contexts
