Job Summary
Partner with the Operations team to implement new NetSuite automations and manage vendor information while communicating with merchants to resolve purchase order issues. Prepare payment batches, estimate weekly cash flows, and maintain merchant AP and AR ledgers by reconciling processed work and resolving overdue receivables and payables. Book complex transactions, manage tax compliance checklists, and partner with external teams on month-end close by managing information requests and resolving outstanding issues. Work alongside treasury and finance departments to build processes for weekly cash balance reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting
- 12-15 years of experience in public accounting or in a role managing a high-volume of AP transactions
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving ambitious goals
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive operational excellence
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Superb attention to detail and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS)
- Prior experience working with NetSuite and SQL
