Job Summary
Direct clinical rehabilitation operations for multiple practices across Nevada, Colorado, and Kansas, managing staffing, patient caseloads, and facility compliance under Regional Vice President supervision. Schedule and deploy clinical staff to meet program needs, conduct routine clinical and compliance audits, and manage new facility start-ups while ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations. Analyze facility case mix and contribution margins to achieve financial objectives, resolve customer issues, and develop corrective action plans for identified risks. Requires 75% travel time between facilities, varying hours including weekends and holidays, with a valid state license.
Required Qualifications
- Location in Nevada covering NV, CO, and KS
- Associates degree, or higher, in Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Minimum of five years clinical experience
- At least three years in patient care
- One to two years of successful clinical management
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Basic Internet navigation skills
- Valid credentials that indicate meeting state regulatory board requirements to practice in state assigned
- Must meet other required regulatory standards to practice
- Must comply with the position description for the discipline of current license
- Must be able to travel between facilities during scheduled hours
- Must be able to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to travel time up to 75%
