Job Summary
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s Food Services Department to ensure quality nutritional services, sanitation, and compliance with Federal, State, and local standards; provide Dietitian services to the regional communities (approximately 15 hours per week); review policies and procedures annually, develop corrective plans for deficiencies noted in surveys, assist QA committees with action plans, and perform regular inspections of dietary service areas for sanitation, order, safety, and proper performance of duties; requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Kansas licensure as a Dietitian, and at least 1 year of relevant hospital or medical facility experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university
- Licensed Dietitian in the State of Kansas
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility
