Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and support to residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through clinical nutrition treatment. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete clinical assessments, chart in the EMR system, and attend care meetings. Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. This role supports Long Term Care facilities nationwide within a collaborative environment that values professional feedback and offers development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure as required varies by state
- Strong communication skills
- Effective teamwork
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
