Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete clinical assessments, chart in the EMR system, and attend care progress meetings. Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. This role supports residents nationwide within a network of dedicated dietitians.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure
- Strong communication skills
- Effective teamwork
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
