Job Summary
Manage the sales process by generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals across your assigned territory. Conduct daily face-to-face sales visits with existing and potential outlets while maintaining working relationships to identify new opportunities. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline by implementing sales strategies to meet weekly, monthly, and annual quotas. Develop territory action plans through data analysis, adjust techniques based on field interactions, and prepare professional reports, proposals, and booking packages for executive presentations. Present company offerings at trade shows and industry associations to increase awareness and remain current with market trends. Coordinate with sales staff to monitor competitor activity and ensure quotas are met. Travel 40-50% of the time to execute these responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience within a company setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to present to upper-level management and C-Suite
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Personal integrity
- Ability to travel at a minimum of 40-50%
