Job Summary
Manage the conceptual and physical development of a specific region within the commercial real estate portfolio, focusing on the implementation phase. Identify value-add potential and develop sustainable usage concepts while steering projects technically, commercially, and regarding schedules. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors during performance phases 6–8, defining HOAI tasks and conducting procurement negotiations. Build and maintain a network with specialized planners, authorities, and construction firms while parallel-managing multiple projects with a clear focus on execution and results. Requires a strong hands-on mentality and owner's perspective to drive projects from conception to completion.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement gewerblicher Bestandsimmobilien
- Fundierte Praxis in den Leistungsphasen 6–8 (HOAI)
- Stark ausgeprägte Value-Add Attitüde
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HOAI, VOB sowie im Genehmigungsrecht
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Bauprojekte in der Umsetzungsphase
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsstärke
