Regional Development Application Engineer - eBeam

Characterize new systems and features by designing experiments, collecting data, and publishing results as applications notes or characterization studies. Drive product penetration and process optimization at customer fab facilities by solving mission-critical production problems and providing technical solutions. Support pre-sale and post-sale activities, including training customers, handling application escalations, investigating technical needs, and conducting final acceptance and performance analysis. Report technology developments and new applications to Marketing while analyzing competitive situations. This role requires up to 50% travel on short notice for trips lasting 4-8 weeks.
