Job Summary
Regional Design & Packaging Execution Lead responsible for bridging creative design and packaging engineering across regional manufacturing sites, overseeing end-to-end packaging lifecycle from graphics adaptation and prepress to technical implementation, while leading sustainability initiatives (mono-plastic packaging), coordinating project execution from prototyping to scale-up, ensuring packaging equipment/material system specifications meet regional needs, coordinating testing and data analysis with Quality teams, and driving value through cost optimization, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, Packaging Engineering, Material Science, or a related technical field
- At least 5 years of practical experience in FMCG packaging design or engineering (Corporate or Agency)
- Proficient level of English
