Job Summary
Regional Demand Planner responsible for leading rolling 12-month demand forecasts for the North American region (Packaging & Graphics). Collaborates with Regional Sales, Product Management and Business Leadership to ensure forecast quality (MAPE, forecast bias) and alignment with supply planning, pricing/promo plans, and growth opportunities. Drives global demand forecasting processes, validates forecasts with Regional Sales Leaders, prepares materials for demand reviews, reconciles significant variances, and supports demand planning excellence through segmentation, pattern analysis, and improvement tools. Provides input for constrained-supply scenarios, communicates opportunities/risks to Supply Chain and Commercial teams, and represents Demand Planning in cross-functional meetings. Requires BA/BS in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field, 5+ years of related supply chain experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, advanced MS Excel, and experience with ERP/Supply Chain software (e.g., SAP/APO, Kinaxis). Preferred proximity to Northlake, IL or Cincinnati, OH.
