Regional Customer Service Associate

Handle reception duties including answering calls, forwarding voice-mails, greeting guests, and validating parking. Manage hospitality tasks such as stocking common areas, checking conference rooms, and resetting spaces after meetings. Process incoming and outgoing mail/packages at the mail room and fulfill scan/print requests at the copy center. Maintain high levels of customer care while adhering to business procedure guidelines and performing other assigned tasks. Support multiple offices in San Francisco with a friendly, cooperative attitude.
