Regional CRM Manager

Job Summary
Regional CRM Manager leads the group-wide CRM and customer journey strategy for APAC, strengthening consumer engagement, retention, and loyalty across a portfolio of prestige brands while elevating LUXASIA’s own customer ecosystem. Partners with country teams, global brand partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a customer-first, data-driven CRM approach that drives growth, profitability, and brand equity. Responsibilities include owning the regional CRM strategy, leading end-to-end customer journeys (engagement, retention, reactivation, loyalty), establishing standardized CRM frameworks across markets, ensuring compliant data privacy practices (GDPR, PDPA, PIPL) in collaboration with the DPO, managing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and driving adoption of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI) to enhance personalization and omnichannel journeys. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business, 6-8 years in CRM/Marketing Analytics, experience in luxury beauty or lifestyle sectors preferred, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data visualization. The role requires collaboration across Retail, Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams and readiness to operate across diverse APAC markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India). This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with in-person duties in-market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in CRM and/or Marketing Analytics
- Experience in direct-to-consumer, luxury beauty, or lifestyle industries is strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms and data visualization tools; Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Power BI experience is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Up to date with data protection, privacy, and compliance legislation (GDPR, PDPA, China PIPL)
- Demonstrable team management and leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize and deliver to deadlines
