Job Summary
Enter digital orders for assigned stations and serve as the initial point of contact for campaigns. Oversee campaigns until they are live, resolve order-entry issues promptly, and maintain understanding of digital product offerings. Communicate regularly with station sales, production teams, and corporate departments. Collaborate with the Senior Manager and Sr. Regional team to support pre- and post-sale duties and provide order-entry training as needed. Emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in digital sales or operations and customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
