Job Summary
Coordinate mechanical ventilation services and home care equipment delivery to regional patients by developing implementation strategies and collaborating with clinicians, administrators, and vendors to resolve service issues. Monitor regional performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and execute corrective actions while ensuring compliance through necessary audits. Provide regular updates on regional activities and initiatives to senior management, highlighting successes and challenges. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders within VitalAire's network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field
- Experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a managerial role overseeing mechanical ventilation services and/or home care equipment
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements governing mechanical ventilation services and home care equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate team members
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable plans based on insights derived from them
- Demonstrated problem-solving acumen, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions
