Job Summary
Regional Controller for Latin America leading month-end close and regional consolidation across LATAM, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements; oversee balance sheet reviews, journal entries, and monthly financial statements; coordinate audits (local statutory and global consolidated audits) and tax filings; build and coach accounting teams across geographies; drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements in collaboration with Global Finance and transformation teams; strong collaboration with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, and external auditors; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years in accounting/finance with at least 3 years in a leadership role within multinational or regional finance.
