Regional Controller Analyst

Job Summary
Regional Controller Analyst supports the Regional Controller team through accurate financial reporting, district-level accounting support, and payroll processing. The role collaborates across accounting, operations, and training to ensure data integrity and timely analysis, with a focus on driving revenue and EBITDA growth while helping districts meet budgets. Responsibilities include preparing/distributing financial reports, AR callbacks, cost & material move reconciliation, payroll post/audit, incentive detail file maintenance, P&L reviews, variance investigations, district-level training for acquisitions and ERP onboarding, and supporting management with ERP system implementation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 2-3 years of relevant experience; NetSuite experience is highly preferred. Remote work with up to 10% travel. Must be able to collaborate cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines. A drug test and background screening are required. EOEs noted.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a highly analytical field
- 2-3 years of relevant business experience
- Exposure to multi-site or district-level accounting operations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
- Experience in service or project industry is a plus
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite highly preferred)
- Percentage of completion accounting experience desired
