Job Summary
Lead a team of 2-4 clinical consultants in northern and western Bavaria, driving sales growth and profitability through the execution of commercial and clinical strategies. Manage daily operations by coaching staff on personal development, facilitating feedback sessions, and fostering a high-performance culture. Build long-term relationships with key customers and participate in strategic discussions to expand market potential. Collaborate closely with the Regional Business Manager and other departments to ensure regional success. This role supports Johnson & Johnson's leadership in electrophysiology solutions for arrhythmia treatment.
Required Qualifications
