Regional Construction Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead large-scale ground-up construction projects across a broad geographic area, managing cross-functional teams through all phases from due diligence and land acquisition, feasibility studies, design development, planning and zoning, pre-construction, construction, to closeout. Drive project scope, budgets, schedules, and risk factors; coordinate with architects, engineers and consultants to develop construction documents; oversee regulatory compliance, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and value engineering; manage approvals, safety, and quality control; provide weekly updates on schedule, risks, budget, and cash flow using JLL platforms; prepare comprehensive documentation and ensure closeout within 90 days of project completion; travel up to 60% within assigned portfolio and work on-site in Blanding, UT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
- 10-20 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
