Job Summary
Oversee construction projects nationwide from initial site due diligence through post-construction, managing contractors and consultants to ensure delivery against budgeted costs, quality, and timelines. Lead the Construction Department by directing project managers, monitoring project scopes, and guiding development phases to meet client requirements and company objectives. Define development phases for contractors to lead projects time-efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring compliance with tender documents and engineering specifications. This role supports the company's mission to build, own, and manage innovative industrial and logistics parks certified to BREEAM sustainability standards across Europe.
