Job Summary
Lead regional and enterprise corporate compliance efforts for Jefferson Health and Thomas Jefferson University. Develop, implement, oversee, and maintain the regional and enterprise compliance program; advise regional leadership and the Board of Trustees on regulatory risks; serve as a regional expert on compliance matters; update the Corporate Compliance Plan and Manual; coordinate risk assessments; train and communicate across the Jefferson community; ensure adherence to federal/state laws and guidance governing government programs; collaborate with stakeholders to uphold a robust ethics and compliance culture.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Health Care Planning, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field
- 7 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare compliance, health law, or a medical service related field
- CHC - Certified Healthcare Compliance - Compliance Certification Board
