Regional Compliance Manager

Establish and maintain effective local governance arrangements to oversee financial crime and regulatory compliance risks within the Spanish branch. Prepare and present regular management information, dashboards, and financial crime reports for senior leadership and the Group Risk Committee. Provide expert AML/CTF compliance advice to first-line teams and act as the Central Contact Point for Spanish regulatory authorities, including law enforcement and the Spanish FIU. Develop and maintain Spanish AML/CTF policies, conduct control testing, and oversee suspicious activity monitoring and reporting. Proactively monitor AML regulatory changes in Spain, conduct impact assessments, and communicate implications to the business. This role reports into the Head of AML for Dojo Europe and involves managing the daily activities of the Spanish financial crime team while aligning frameworks with Group standards. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a preference for candidates holding an internationally recognized AML/CTF qualification.
