Job Summary
Regional Community Supervisor leads property operations across high-end multifamily communities in the Denton region, overseeing occupancy, revenue, and budgets while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies. The role recruits, trains, and supervises on-site staff, conducts property inspections, manages risk and capital improvements, and builds vendor and resident relationships. Regular local travel is required to oversee 5+ properties and maintain performance targets; reports to the Regional Vice President and supports company growth with strong leadership and a focus on resident experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; advanced degree in real estate, property management, or related field is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of property management or related experience with a strong track record of success
- At least 3 years of on-site multifamily property management experience with ownership-level responsibilities for the resident rental lifecycle across 5+ properties or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of team management or supervisory experience, preferably in an on-site property management setting
- Industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, CAM, or equivalent are preferred
- Must maintain a valid driver's license, an operational vehicle for travel between properties, and valid automobile insurance
