Job Summary
Oversee operational and financial management of multiple conventional apartment communities in Central Pennsylvania, ensuring occupancy targets are met through leasing and resident retention. Create value for clients by meeting NOI and revenue goals while partnering with facilities teams to maintain peak asset performance. Prepare monthly owner's reports and quarterly financial reviews, proactively build vendor relationships, and execute reputation management strategies via social media. Contribute to the annual budget process, manage performance evaluations for site personnel and Community Directors, and actively participate in hiring and succession planning. Travel is required, and the role demands strong sales skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the multi-family housing industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation
- High School Diploma/GED
- Desired candidate should be located in Central Pennsylvania, as this is not a remote position
- Travel is required
Desired Qualifications
- PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required
