Regional Communication Specialist

Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute regional communications campaigns and initiatives across Europe & Middle East, managing content development, stakeholder engagement, approvals, and production schedules. Write and edit announcements, intranet stories, leadership messages, and newsletters while tailoring messaging for diverse audiences and ensuring alignment with brand standards. Coordinate translation management, publish content across digital channels, and measure effectiveness using surveys and analytics to drive employee engagement and organizational change. Support executive communications, including presentations and town halls, and partner with functional stakeholders to understand business priorities. This hybrid role requires working from a Jabil site 2–3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related field
- 2–5 years' experience in internal and/or external communications, corporate communications, employee engagement or a related field
- Demonstrated excellence in writing, editing and proofreading, including mastery of AP Style
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messages
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand communication objectives and recommend appropriate communication approaches
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working with diverse global teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
- Experience using enterprise communications platforms, CMS and email tools, with an understanding of audience engagement best practices
- Experience measuring communication effectiveness using surveys and analytics
- Experience creating visual communications using platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and content development tools while applying sound editorial judgement and maintaining confidentiality
