Job Summary
Regional Commercial Manager responsible for managing strategic key accounts, driving commercial performance, and building long-term partnerships with customers across the region. Own and manage assigned key accounts, develop and execute account business plans aligned to commercial goals and customer needs. Lead negotiations, contracting, access, reimbursement, and formulary management activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Market Access, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical) to deliver revenue growth and portfolio development. Build strategic customer partnerships, influence portfolio strategy, and ensure ethical, compliant execution of activities within healthcare and pharmaceutical environments. Opportunity to work with major entities and state tender boards to drive outcomes for customers and patients.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in key account management, commercial management, or enterprise sales
- Strong understanding of the public & private healthcare systems or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience developing and executing joint business plans
- Strong communication, influencing, and customer engagement skills
