Job Summary
Regional Collections Manager – Senior Manager for Lending Collections leading a large team of collection officers in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Responsible for achieving area collection targets, controlling flow of cases, maintaining productivity, and monitoring performance against parameters. Oversees agency and in-house teams, conducts background checks, identifies training needs, and supports collection activities including legal/police coordination. Requires 8+ years in collections, strong people management, negotiation and communication skills, and proven leadership and relationship-building abilities. Education: Graduation/Post Graduation preferred.
Required Qualifications
- More than 8 years of relevant experience in Collections role
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Negotiations skills - strong bias for driving results in a High performance environment
- People Management Skills
- Demonstrated Success and achievement orientation
- Strong Relationship and Leadership skills
- Working Knowledge of Computers
- Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred
