Job Summary
Lead the collections target and control flow for a specified area, managing a large team of collection officers (in-house and agencies) to drive productivity and performance. Responsible for monitoring performance against set parameters, conducting weekly reviews with Collection executives, ensuring background checks of agencies, identifying and addressing training needs for Collection Executives, and supporting officers in legal/police issues. Requires more than 8 years of relevant experience in collections, with strong people management, negotiation, communication, and relationship/leadership skills. Working knowledge of computers. Education: Graduation/Post Graduation preferred.
