Regional Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor to oversee the clinical supervision of counselors in training or pursuing licensure, provide feedback and documentation, conduct individual and group therapy, train through observation and case record review, lead weekly supervision, develop and revise patient treatment plans, maintain comprehensive records, ensure compliance with regulations, encourage unlicensed counselors to obtain licensure/certification, coordinate care with community providers, and participate in program development and quality assurance. Reporting to the Program Director, this role requires strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a regulated behavioral health setting.
