Regional Clinical Study Associate Manager

Manage regional clinical study delivery and oversee the regional operations team, acting as the primary escalation point for study issues within the assigned region. Lead external vendors, collaborate with key stakeholders, and represent the regional team at internal and cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment with global study goals. Execute study planning from feasibility through closeout, including site selection, regulatory submissions, and trial data collection management. Monitor compliance with protocols and regulations, prepare sites for audits, and drive quality assurance while managing regional budgets and vendor resources.
