Job Summary
Independently guide surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support for orthopedic surgical cases, ensuring proper equipment availability and functioning. Advance sales by serving as the sole company representative to attend surgeries, troubleshoot physician needs, and manage hospital billing and purchase orders. Provide consultation to the Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department, maintain and deploy assets throughout the assigned area, and share key customer insights with sales and marketing teams. Prepare sales reports and documents as needed while ensuring all promotional materials meet quality standards. This role requires frequent overnight and weekend travel, potential relocation to the Dallas and Fort Worth region, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.)
- minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
- Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
- Ability to travel within the U.S. as necessary (frequent overnight and/or weekend)
- Residence in or ability to relocate to a geographic region assigned by the Company
- The ability to work in a lab/operating room environment
- A valid driver's license issued in the United States
- Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Ability to work in a complex organization and team structure
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
