Regional Clinical RN- Assisted Living - Full-Time 1st Shift

Job Summary
Conduct clinical oversight and support across multiple Assisted Living communities in Wisconsin, ensuring compliance with DHS Chapter 83 and Chapter 89 regulations. Perform and review comprehensive assessments, develop Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), and delegate nursing tasks per the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act. Provide medication management oversight, maintain infection control protocols, and serve as on-call for clinical emergencies. Collaborate with community leadership, physicians, and external partners to coordinate resident care, manage regulatory surveys, and lead staff training on clinical protocols. Requires active Wisconsin RN licensure, demonstrated nursing management experience, and ability to travel to centers in Nekoosa, Stevens Point, Wausau, and Wisconsin Rapids. Full-time 1st shift with up to 120k compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Wisconsin or a valid Multi-State license under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), with Wisconsin as the primary state of residence or eligibility to practice in Wisconsin under the compact
- Demonstrated nursing management experience in a resident/patient care setting
- Must be able to adapt to a flexible work schedule and occasional overnight travel
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy for the challenges experienced by residents, families, and team members
- Problem-solving skill sets
- Strong computer skills and ability to interact with a variety of electronic devices
- Must have and maintain current CPR certification
- Previous experience in an assisted living setting
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to provide lifting and transfer assistance to residents
- Must be able to use a lifting device and/or assistance from other staff
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults in senior living, long-term care, home health or other health care setting
- Demonstrated ability or strong desire to engage with residents with dementia
- 3+ years management experience
