Job Summary
Conduct in-person orientation and ongoing education for new and low-performing providers, including running assessments, bootcamps, and skills workshops. Manage provider scheduling to match training needs, volume, and seasonality while securing backup coverage to prevent office closures. Respond to medically related patient complaints, investigate safety reports, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the Clinical Excellence Team. Review candidate qualifications, conduct on-site interviews, and make timely hiring recommendations. Circulate weekly or bi-weekly across assigned offices to mentor staff, conduct pNPS reviews, and develop performance improvement plans. Maintain 26-32 hours of clinical presence per week based on regional needs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification
- Licensed in the state where the site is located
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
- Training and quality improvement/process improvement experience
- Regular on-site presence at the following locations: Bensonhurst, NY and Staten Island, NY
- 26 - 32 hours clinical per week based on regional needs and determined by supervisor
