Job Summary

Lead and manage the regional Clinical Specialist (CS) team, collaborating with the Regional Sales Director to execute regional objectives, onboard and develop clinical talent, ensure clinical competency, and drive customer onboarding and education. Act as a clinical expert to optimize patient outcomes, identify and address staffing/training gaps, build strategic physician and hospital partnerships, and translate clinical insights into strategic actions that support revenue growth. Responsibilities include supervisory duties (hiring, training, performance appraisals), identifying operational gaps, and delivering clinical education programs (onboarding, simulation, ongoing competency). Required: BA/BS in Health science or equivalent with appropriate registrations/certifications (e.g., RN, RCIS, RCSA, RVMS), minimum 5 years in medical device clinical/sales roles, minimum 3 years leadership, minimum 3 years experience in Interventional Cardiology/EP. Travel up to 50%. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Health science or equivalent (RN, RCIS, RCSA, RVMS, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years' directly related experience in the medical device industry in a clinical or sales role
  • Minimum 3 years' leadership or managerial experience in managing a clinical team
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology in a clinical or commercial role
