Job Summary
Oversee clinical and operational performance across designated regions (South, West, Central with cross coverage of Boston and North) ensuring regulatory compliance, budget alignment, staff development, and patient care quality. Partners with business development and marketing to grow regions; mentor clinical leaders; ensure program regulations and quality standards are consistently implemented; monitor key performance metrics for staffing efficiency, client and staff satisfaction, and care outcomes; foster a positive team culture and act as a brand ambassador for Vitra while collaborating with leadership to implement best practices. Includes required travel to designated areas and field presence as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience
- 5+ years' experience supervising, managing performance, and training staff
- Active Registered Nurse License preferred
- Leadership experience managing multiple teams
- Conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service champion
- Able to travel to assigned areas required
